One part, neutral curing silicone sealant specially developed for anti-mildew sealing. Outstanding anti-fungus performance. Silicone Sealant is extruded from packing with sealant gun when used, and it quickly cures at room temperature by reacting with moisture in the air to form a durable, flexible silicone rubber. 

Joints in sanitary installations and kitchens; Top sealing for glazing jobs; Building joints in humid surroundings; Sealing in air condition systems.
LIMITATIONS:
Do not use for structural glazing or fish aquarium assembly. Not recommended for building materials that bleed oils, plasticizers, or solvents–materials such as impregnated wood, oil-based caulks, green or partially vulcanized rubber gaskets or tapes. Not recommended for use in totally confined spaces as the sealant requires atmospheric moisture.
