One part, neutral curing weatherproofing silicone sealant with excellent unprimed adhesion to a wide variety of construction materials and building components, specially developed for general glazing and weather sealing in curtain wall and building facades. Strong elastic seal capable of withstanding movements up to ±25% of original joint width. It easily extrudes in any weather and quickly cures at room temperature by reaction with moisture in the air to form a durable, flexible silicone rubber seal.

LIMITATIONS:
Do not use for structural glazing. Not recommended for building materials that bleed oils, plasticizers, or solvents–materials such as impregnated wood, oil-based caulks, green or partially vulcanized rubber gaskets or tapes. Not recommended for use in totally confined spaces as the sealant requires atmospheric moisture for cure. Not recommended for continuous water immersion applications. Not recommended for use on frost-laden or wet surfaces. Not recommended for places where painting of the sealant is required, as the paint film may crack and peel. Do not apply at temperatures below 4°C or above 40°C.
